FOOD AGAINST ACNE

No more pimples acne. These are 10 foods that will help us to get rid once and for all.

 

1. Berries. All kinds as blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries are rich in antioxidants that protect the body by fighting free radicals. Consuming all these our skin becomes more elastic, smooth and shiny.

2. Avocado contains vitamins of complex B and mainly B3 niacin which has anti-inflammatory action. Also contains
vitamin A, D and E.

3. Chocolate. Time to dissipate the myth that eating chocolate causes acne. Chocolate is rich in antioxidants and flavonoids that help skin's hydration. Always choose chocolate with a high percentage of cocoa.

4. Mushrooms contain vitamin B and particularly riboflavin is effective for a healthy skin. Acts against acne and blemishes.

HAIR MASK FOR HYDRATION AND REPAIR


Magic hair mask with only 3 ingredients




 

1 egg (contains protein which rebuilds)





1 cup olive oil (it has softening and moisturizing effect)



 

1 tablespoon honey (moisturizing and gives elasticity to the hair)



Mix and spread from the root to tip. Wrap the head with a towel for at least an hour.



Rinse. We may use the mask twice a month and the results are spectacular from the very first time!

MAGIC CREAM FOR DRY SKIN AND CHAPPED LIPS

This magical cream is none other than a simple ointment base in beeswax and olive oil. Is rich in vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, fatty acids. It has exceptional properties for the skin. Is particularly moisturizing, emollient, soothing, healing, antifungal, antibiotic and antiaging. Facilitate healing of burns and cutting. Is ideal for dry skin, rough heels, cracked lips and breastfeeding womens nipples.  

The basic recipe is  

  • 1 tablespoon of beeswax  

  • 5 tablespoons of olive oil

Rub the wax on grater and melt in a bain-marie. Slowly add the olive oil and mix it. Put it in a sterilized jar until stabilized, after it, is ready for use. There are infinite variations in manufacture. We can add a few drops of our favorite essential oil to improve the smell. We can put less olive oil and add almond oil. Also we can enhance it with a few drops of vitamin E. 

With this cream everyone will want to kiss our lips and touch our hands!!!

10 FOODS THAT BUILD IMMUNITY

Garlic. Causes bad breath however is extremely beneficial. It should preferably be consumed uncooked.


Chicken soup. The magical nostrums has been shown to help fighting viral infections.
 

Spinach. Rich in folic acid, vitamins A, B, C, iron, calcium, potassium. It has antioxidant, anti-aging action and  anticancer activity. 

Broccoli. Detoxifies body and prevents inflammation. Has anticancer activity. Is a great source of vitamin C, calcium, zinc, copper, phosphorus, selenium.

Honey, pollen, royal gelly.  3 magic products that build immunity. They considered as super foods and they give well-being. 

Orange and grapefruit. Both contains vitamin C, however the second predominates because contains less sugar.  Acts against free radicals and reduces the intensity of inflammation. 

Olive oil. It has antioxidant activity. Important food is and olive witch contains 60 times more calcium and 10 times more phosphorus. Olive oil is rich in vitamin E and polyunsaturated fatty acids that helps heart.

FOOD THAT REDUCE BLOOD SUGAR

CINNAMON stimulates the activity of insulin, the hormone that regulates blood sugar.




GREEN TEA 1-2 cups per day lavish tea catechins helps regulate blood sugar too
