FOOD THAT REDUCE BLOOD SUGAR

CINNAMON stimulates the activity of insulin, the hormone that regulates blood sugar.




GREEN TEA 1-2 cups per day lavish tea catechins helps regulate blood sugar too




 

VINEGAR When we add it to foods with many carbs we delay absorption of  Glucose.
